Metroid Prime-Inspired Game Morphite Coming To Switch November 2

After suffering a delay, the developer behind Metroid Prime-inspired game, Morphite, has confirmed that their title will be finally heading to Nintendo Switch on November 2. The news broke via Twitter. According to the developers, Morphite is “lovingly inspired by classics – Metroid Prime, Ratchet and Clank, and Turok.” You take on the role of Myrah Kale, a young woman who lives on a space station and goes on a routine exploratory mission that is anything but routine.

Here is a video showing some gameplay (note: this footage is not taken from the Switch version).

      1. I’ve seen better looking standalone games than this. It’s like he took some mobile game, hacked it and gave it a slight crappier Rublox make over. Jesus Christ. Minecraft FPS mods look better than this.

  1. Not really into mobile games that have been ported to console I find them a little too bland usually, I’m sure there might be exceptions but generally that’s a no go for me.

  2. I was really stoked for this but reviews have been some what lack luster. Empty planets, limited game play over all a unsatisfying game experience that was more frustrating than exhillerating. (Poor man’s no more sky clone)
    Shame really on paper is my kind of game, but with so many other awesome Indies and legend triple AAA titles coming out over the next couple of months I fear its lost its opportunity.

  3. Sonyendo Commander Kalas X3 {Sony+Nintendo=Sonyendo!}

    Speaking of Turok, the guys that own Turok need to put those HD remasters of the Turok trilogy on my fucking PS4 already! I’m waiting, ya bastards.
