Nintendo Says Zelda Breath Of The Wild DLC Still Coming This Year

Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime has reconfirmed that the second Zelda Breath of the Wild expansion the Champion’s Ballad is still on track to be released this year. We haven’t heard much about it lately so some were concerned it had been delayed, but Reggie says that simply isn’t the case. Hopefully we will get a Direct showcasing what players will be able to experience sometime in the coming weeks.

Asked if the Amiibo release dates indicated the date for the expansion as well, Fils-Aime said: “We will shortly be announcing the date for that content, so I would not lock and load on November 10th.”

  1. Well the amiibos come out November 10 and they need to still give more info on them so I figured there’d be something soon..

    1. Well, if they wanna save money to buy other stuff, stop wasting on those useless Amiibos. They’re nothing but Microtransactions in a plastic toy that you can’t play with in any games anyway.

      1. True, I didn’t but any amiibos with the wii u and I doubt il buy any for the switch. They’re a great idea, but seriously they are just too much to buy for what they are. If you buy all of em for the games you get it’s gona cost 100,s

  2. I can’t believe some people don’t have ANY amiibo, when I have nearly every one (even doubles of many).

On the topic, I only played through 2 of the Trial Of The Swords missions. I didn’t even see anything else from the last DLC. Then I moved on to other games. But I always planned to return.

    1. IKR? I told myself I was done with Amiibos so many times. Yesterday I bought the Chrom Amiibo. I just couldn’t resist it! My collection is almost embarrassing
