Although the brilliant Rocket League has only been available for Nintendo Switch for a few weeks, there’s no doubt that many fans are enjoying many online matches in the palm of their hands. The title is now available on a multitude of platforms and Pysonix have announced that there have been over 2 billion matches played globally. As the install base for the Switch version grows (and with the help of Switch sales this Christmas), it shouldn’t be too long before the community hits the 3 billion milestone.
Wow! Our worldwide community has played 2 BILLION matches of Rocket League! THANK YOU to all of our players around the globe, and good luck in the next two billion! pic.twitter.com/lFwDaU8fqf

This is a good new. The reason why I wrote this it’s because many companies have their multiplayer games that can be ported on the Switch.
I was about to say it has 2 billion players. That’ll be crazy.
