Activision Says More Remasters From Their Library Of IP Coming This Year

Following the success of the Crash Bandicoot N’ Sane Trilogy, developer and publisher Activision has confirmed that they plan to release more remasters this year from their library of IPs. We heard a rumour recently from Kotaku UK that the Spyro trilogy will be coming at some point, so that’s one game we know they are working on in the remastered front.

“We expect to release World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth and our latest Call of Duty game in the second half of 2018. In addition, we expect to deliver ongoing content for our various franchises, including expansion packs for Hearthstone and Destiny 2 , in-game events for Overwatch , and map packs for Call of Duty: WWII , as well as releases of remastered versions of titles from our library of IP. We also expect to release at least two new mobile titles during 2018, including a social casino game from King.”

  1. Infinite Kalas X3, The Sonyendo King

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Back up! Activision is going to be working with King!? Candy Crush Saga King!? Oh god! Why!?

  2. We like to see Overwatch, Crash Trilogy and maybe a DECENT CoD game returning. I hope to God it’s not BO4 or that being in the future again because we all know how that turned out…*looks at Infinite Warfare*

  3. I just want Crash and maybe Spyro. Other than those games they can go fuck themselves with their lootboxes.

  5. They say “we” in reference to any Blizz game l, as if Activision has anything to do with them.
I will totally play Overwatch on my Switch though, so make that happen already.
