Nicalis has announced today that they plan to bring classic bullet hell shoot-em-up Ikaruga to the Nintendo Switch on May 29th. The Nintendo Switch version of the game features single-player and also local. You can also play two-player coop, and it contains “global leaderboards that can be accessed online for tracking high scores.” You can also flip the Nintendo Switch vertically for “arcade-style TATE mode action,” Nicalis has confirmed that it worked with acclaimed developer Treasure to bring the game to the Nintendo Switch. Ikaruga costs $15 USD.
