Atlus Working On Mid & Long-Term Plans For Persona Series Including New Numbered Title

Atlus is preparing more titles in the Persona series and is already gearing up a new entry in the numbered series. The last Persona mainline game was Persona 5 which launched exclusively for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 last year. Things have changed a lot since then with the success of the Nintendo Switch, not just in Japan, but worldwide. We heard earlier that Persona Q2 is currently being worked on and it wouldn’t be too surprising if development also included the Switch. Here’s what Kazuhisa Wada had to say in Dengeki PlayStation.

“We are working on mid-to-long term plan, including new numbered entries, so that fans can continue to enjoy the Persona series after this year.”

  1. I think the plot will be Morgana searching for a way to become human. The crossover will happen when they find out that in a country side city a Mascot named Teddie managed to escape from a silly bear form to human.
