E3 2018: Nintendo Accidentally Reveals Switch Icons For Smash Bros And Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu And Eevee

Nintendo is currently streaming Xenoblade Chronicles 2 downloadable content on the Nintendo Treehouse stream. Interestingly they accidentally hit the Home button and revealed the Nintendo Switch icons for Pokemon: Let’s Go Pikachu! Pokemon: Let’s Go Eevee! Super Smash Bros and Overcooked 2.

  1. I hope the Smash Icon just a placeholder, because that’s really disappointing.

  2. It’s far enough out from release that they’ll probably change it. For this E3 they were focusing on getting the gameplay and characters up and running, not the icon.

    1. It’s a valid complaint. If I saw a hole or an ugly picture on my wall I’d be uncomfortable and annoyed seeing it.

A bad icon isn’t the end of the world, but I’d rather not see it if it can be helped.

  3. was there any word about pricing?
I dont think i’d pay the 60€ my retailer is asking currently.

      1. I think they’ll be priced as full AAA games. Even though they aren’t core, there will be high demand for them from Pokémon Go players and when you take into account the high price of Sushi Striker, I think there isn’t any way how this could be 50€ or less.

  4. I wish they would accidentally reveal Metroid 4 and Pikmin 4. What the point of announcing games of you dont plan on showing them at E3?
