SNES games have been playable for Nintendo Switch Online members for around 2 weeks, but the wait to purchase wireless SNES controllers has been for a little while longer. Nintendo has announced that Nintendo Switch Online members can finally purchase a wireless SNES controller. If you would like to get one, you can do so here. The official announcement tweet can be seen down below.

Now THESE are the legacy controllers I want!
The American version is ugly as sin.
The US version of the Super Nintendo system and the SNES Controller is just straight-up cancer. Concave buttons? Who thought that was a good idea? ULGH!
Wonder if ppl would want to buy the n64 wireless controller when they get those games up and running lol
does anyone know if this will work with regular games? more specifically dragon quest xi 2d mode? 🤓
Maybe? As far as I know, the dpad acts as the dpad on a pro controller, so as long as the dpad moves the characters around it should work just fine
Aaaaand they’re gone! Oh well, the 8Bitdo SN30 Pro + is more than serviceable (also more comfortable). Their limited supply saved me $30.
Only in US at the moment not available in UK yet
Man this brings back memory’s.
