Nintendo’s financial results briefing contained some an update on the course statistics for Super Mario Maker 2, which follows a major online multiplayer update that the game had received in the past month. According to Nintendo, players have now uploaded a total of 8,000,000 courses to date. These courses have been played more than 400,000,000 times. Super Mario Maker 2 released on the Nintendo Switch in June.
That was quick. If I remember correctly, it took the first Mario Maker quite a while to get to two million courses (or even just one million, for that matter).
