As lockdown restrictions start to ease in Europe, UK retailer GAME has announced that, from next week, stores will be reopening in England and Northern Ireland. Of course, there will be some changes to how customers will shop and browse. One of these changes being that traded-in products will be kept in isolation for three days to help stop the spread of the virus, as well as being sanitised at the point the customer hands them over.
The news came about via an email that was sent to customers earlier today and the company has urged customers to seek help from employees when looking for certain items: “You will be unable to browse our stores due to social distancing rules, but our knowledgeable staff will be able to advise you on any of your requirements”.
GAME stores in Wales will reopen from 18th June. There no dates for those stores in Scotland at the time of writing.
I am very happy Game is reopening
