(Update: Not true) Rumour: Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 voice actors claim their work is finished

Update: GameXplain did some digging and it turns out it’s not true.

The Spanish voice actors who voice the characters Revali and Zelda have apparently claimed that their voice acting work on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 has finished. The news emerged on a podcast which featured both Marcel Navarro and Nerea Alfonso. Nintendo hasn’t shown anything of the game since the Nintendo E3 Direct last year.

  1. This headline is not accurate to what was actually said. See Gamexplain’s video, which explains that this is being taken out of context in a click bait snowball effect.

  2. That Nintendo needs to call the voice actors back to start right away on BOw3 because we know was they take a break it takes longer for sequels to continue. If they start on BOW3 right away, Zelda fans would only have to pay $59.99 rather than $479.99 for it.

    1. wow, you really are clueless aren’t you.

The devs do not take breaks, at least besides short holidays. After development on Splatoon 2, for example, development for Animal Crossing New Horizons began.

In Japan especially devs have to work very long hours. Game development is not relaxed unlike how you seem to think.

Plus when BotW2 is completed it’s likely that there won’t even be a concept in mind for BotW2 yet, if ever. What, you think Nintendo always has all the games for the next 20 years planned and know exactly what they’re going to do with them? lmao. How the hell would they have a script to give to the VAs for the next Zelda done when they’re done the VA work for this one?

Now stop being an impatient pain in the ass and constantly posting here and wait quietly in your basement for the next product to consume. lol
