As we try and patiently wait for more news surrounding the eagerly anticipated Metroid Prime 4 for Nintendo Switch, the folk over at respected toy and model company First 4 Figures have unveiled a gorgeous lifesize Samus helmet statue. There are two editions to choose from: the standard edition and the exclusive edition (which is pictured above) with both aiming to be shipped in Q1 2022. The exclusive edition comes with a light up function but both have stunning detail and is sure to go down very well with fans of the Metroid series.
Check out the statue in more detail in the video below:
If only it had VR functionality.
VR Metroid, that would be epic!
I’m subscribed to F4F so I was already aware of this. Looks great.
This is one of the coolest things in existence that I don’t want to own.
If only I had the shelf space and extra money for it, then I’d definitely go for it, but as it stands, as much as I love Metroid, this just seems like a really huge piece of plastic to occupy space in your room.
I feel the same way. It’s beautiful, and I want one very much. But it’s too expensive and I don’t have the space for it.
Having that helmet looks a bit cool to me and I wasn’t expecting that to happen for the series.
I don’t have a extra shelf to hang up some extra stuff for upcoming stuff like these but it still looks pretty decent to me.

I think it looks very cool, but I’ll pass. Let me know if they ever do a wearable Captain Falcon helmet- then we’ll talk.
