The NPD Group which tracks video game software and hardware sales in the United States have confirmed that the excellent Mario Kart 8 is now the best-selling racing video game in history. This appears to include Mario Kart 8 for Wii U which launched in 2014 and the enhanced Mario Kart 8 Deluxe which launched in 2017 for the Nintendo Switch system.
Hopefully everyone who owns a switch will soon own this game so the sales can drop and Nintendo can make a new one instead of keep giving us the mobile stuff.

I know it’s Mario, but CTR: NF is far more deserving of that title!
All Nintendo did in recent years is release the same game again and added a FEW extras on top of it (Sorry, Wii U owners who bought the game initially).
And before you bitch about Activision adding micro-transactions, those are completely optional and no content is locked behind them. If anything, it’s a convenience for those who don’t want to spent $20 a year to grind for more Wumpa Coins online.
Overall, CTR has more to offer.
Ctr is better than team sonic racing. I dislike omochao and big the cat. I would have preferred cream the rabbit and storm the albatross.
