Latest EDGE magazine review scores

The latest edition of the stringent, but generally fair, EDGE magazine, has arrived with subscribers and it contains a number of high profile reviews such as New Pokemon Snap and Resident Evil Village. It seems like the latest Resident Evil game didn’t win the gaming critics at EDGE over as the tense horror title in the long-running series only achieved a disappointing 6/10. The highest scoring games this month were Playstation 5 game Returnal and Nintendo Switch title New Pokemon Snap, which both scored a rather good 8/10. Here’s all the reviews from the latest edition:

  • Resident Evil Village – 6
  • Returnal – 8
  • Pokemon Snap – 8
  • Oddworld – 5
  • Famicom Detective Club – 5
  • R-Type Final 2 – 7
  • Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion – 7
  • Tasomachi: Behind the Twilight – 6
  • MaskMaker – 7
  • World of Demons – 6
  • Ashwalkers – 4

  1. I like Heisenberg and Lady Dimitrescu from resident evil village. They remind me of Lust (fullmetal alchemist) and Magneto (x men).

  2. A 6 for Village is shocking. Gonna have to spend an extra 10mins in Tesco today reading the review for that. Game is a 9/10 for me. So much fun

  3. Def weird to see RE score 6/10. I haven’t played it but all my friends can’t stop praising it.
