Nintendo says new update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons arrives on 29th July

Those of you still enjoying Animal Crossing: New Horizons on the Nintendo Switch system will be pleased to hear that a new update is planned for release on Thursday, 29th July. The update will bring with it the next weekly Fireworks show and brand new seasonal items to delve into if you have the bells. Nintendo promises that this isn’t the end of updates for the game as the Kyoto-based company has more free content planned to come later this year. We gave Animal Crossing: New Horizons a 9/10 in our review of the game.

    1. As confirmed by nintendo, and the devs we have 2 more years of update before they stop updating the game I’m hoping we get some get some updates as big as the welcome amiibo update we got back in new leaf time.

  1. This game I see I was wrong, so many millions of people are playing this all along. When you hear the bell every hour go “dong,” then you’ll know a different theme replaces the old song.
