Fire Emblem Engage announced for Switch coming January 2023

Nintendo has lifted the lid on the long-rumoured next Fire Emblem game for the Nintendo Switch and it’s titled Fire Emblem Engage. The new game in the series features heroes from previous Fire Emblem games. The visuals also look to be a step up form the last Fire Emblem game for the Switch, Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Fire Emblem Engage launches 20th January 2023.

  1. Not really a fan of the gameplay style but I do love the characters, the medieval themes and the soundtrack in the franchise. Not saying the series looks bad I’m saying the series looks really interesting and fun as a whole to draw yourself in to their world of emblem characters and fight villains from past and present which is fun.

  2. Eshop only for the American special edition again just watch, and it will be a complete disaster as only scalpers get copies while the eshop begins to slow to a crawl every 2 seconds while items in carts get deleted from from people only wanting a single copy, God I truly hate Nintendo of America.

    1. Fortunately, you can pre-order it elsewhere. I got mine at GameStop. I do agree though that the way they handled Xenoblade Chronicles 3 was a disaster. They should have never made it a Nintendo Online Store exclusive nor announced it via twitter the way they did.
