CyberConnect2, the developer of Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2, has revealed new details and artwork for the game. These include the story of Chapter 2, the Intermission phase, the Notebook, Hero Mode, and the character Count Nouvellune.
In Chapter 2, players will follow the tracks left by the Taranis and eventually reach a ruined port devastated by an attack. The port is a hub for airships, which play an essential role in the reconstruction of Gasco.
Count Nouvellune is a mysterious character who delivers the latest issues of The Adventures of Sucre to the children. He models his look based on Count Nouvellune, a character from the selfsame comic.
During the Intermission phase, players can interact with other children to increase affinity towards one another and use the facilities to expand the available features. Talking to other children or using the facilities will consume Action Points (AP). The children’s support effects in battle will increase along with their affinity.
The Notebook contains each child’s wish. When a wish is granted, the child gets a mood boost and becomes more energetic in battle. The mood of characters who are feeling great gradually increases in battle and will eventually reach its max, activating hero mode.
In-game scenes from Fuga: Melodies of Steel are now available as acrylic stands. The trading acrylic stands are priced at 880 yen (tax included) for a single item and 7,040 yen (tax included) per set for sets of Vol. 1 to 5 (eight types per set).
Fans of Fuga: Melodies of Steel will be thrilled to learn about the new features and characters that will be available in the sequel. With a release date of 11th May, 2023, they won’t have to wait long to experience the game’s exciting new features.

You said the release date is July but most sites says may 11 was that changed?
Sorry there was mistake made there, I have corrected it 😊
No problem, happens for everyone.
It can get somewhat confusing with release dates even for the same game, like Trinity Trigger releases in Europe May 16th and it releases April 25th in North America. I always read multiple post and make sure the release date matches.
Why does this wolf boy look like Junpei?
