“Our company has implemented a substantial increase in base salary as well as regular salary increase in line with the rising prices, effective April 2023. Accordingly, the starting salary for new graduates will be increased by approximately 22% to 250,000 yen. In addition, we have updated the application guidelines for new graduates and career hires.”
