Two prolific leakers Riddler Khu and Centro Leaks have been teasing that the next Pokemon game could have ties to the Nintendo DS games, Pokemon Black & White. The two accounts suggest that it could be a new game set in Unova, rather than remakes. There were two Pokemon Black & White games. Comic Book points towards the lack of Gen 5 Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet and its upcoming DLCs, compared to the other generations which are covered, they point towards Pokemon Sword and Shield’s general lack of Gen 4 Pokemon, which was addressed by the release of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl and Pokemon Legends: Arceus, As always this as rumour and we will have to wait and see what transpires.

This is amazing if true, not sure what to think until we get additional information. I’ve seen that supposedly the next Pokemon game is the Pokemon Legend Arcus sequel called “Pokemon Legend Celebi”
Whatever it is, it will visually look like Arceus or Scarlet/Violet games.

If only people take these rumors with a Super Shenron-sized grain of salt and stop being hyped about them when they know they are pulling these from where the sun don’t shine. I don’t care if these people have gotten them “right” because you could just keep saying these rumors every year until it actually happens. All these people are doing is spreading baseless rumors for clout and brownie points.

Gen 5 is my favorite generation, and hearing this should actually make me hyped: HOWEVER, I am withholding a and all hype until I see proof that these remakes will be good (if this rumor is true)
It’s also one of my favorite generation as well and glad it’s coming to light. Next year it will be released on that year.
I really hope they do us Gen 5 fans better than they did Gen 4…

Considering the way the Diamond and Pear remakes went, I’m surprised to see so many people exited for Gen 5 remakes.
I’m doubtful they’ll be any better than BDSP given that the higher ups at TPC seem determined to force the devs at GF to rush out as many games as quickly as possible while not giving a damn about their quality.
Personally, I don’t see this rumour as something to be excited about. It’s just another opportunity for the Pokémon franchise to cock up another remake of one of their most beloved titles.

ofc there are people excited. Anything with the pokemon logo is great and there is no problems with the series at all.
And if you have a slightest critique over any new design people will say “haha, living sludge and magnets” even if you never mention Kanto. The fanbase is so unbelievably toxic.

I don’t believe it. Centro has gotten A LOT wrong in the past, especially about Scarlet and Violet.
