In a surprising turns of events the presumed Red Dead Redemption remaster turned out to be the a port of the original Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 game Red Dead Redemption for the Nintendo Switch and Sony’s PlayStation 4. The critically acclaimed game from Rockstar Games will be released this Thursday on the Nintendo eShop with a physical release coming 13th October. For those of you who are planning to purchase the digital version from the Nintendo eShop you should be made aware that the file-size is currently listed as 11.4GB on the Nintendo eShop. It should be noted that the file-size could change upon release if there’s major day one update etc. The Red Dead Redemption port for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 is being handled by Double Eleven Studios.

  1. I just hope RDR doesn’t flop like the GTA trilogy and gets good reviews, i think at this point most are concerned more about the price then anything considering you can get RDR for far less then $50 nowadays.

    1. If it makes people feel better RDR+Undead Docked is $25 and RDR+Undead Undocked is $25 hence the $50 tag. For those with Lites you are paying for the handheld experience.
