Nintendo hasn’t really been doing much with the Switch’s firmware lately. The last few updates, including the version 16.0.0 update, contained very little new additions. Not only that, but there has only been one firmware update released in the past 5 months. Otherwise, there has just been the occasional “rebootless” update.
Well, Nintendo has released a new update tonight. Once you update, the Switch’s firmware should be at version 17.0.0. As for the official patch notes, once again, the only thing Nintendo mentions is that there are “general system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience”.

Disappointed with the lack of stability jokes in the comments.
I stopped after my Frieza in his lil hoverpod joke on Switch stability. I doubt I can do better than that one.
My switch is so stable now that I don’t need to read any posts regarding updates anymore ( apart from this one ) of course!
My switch is so stable now that I don’t even need my antidepressants anymore.

My switch is so stable now I can store a horse in it
My Switch is so stable, I quit my job.
