By now, you are more than likely aware of the news that Microsoft announced 4 Xbox games would be coming to other platforms, including the Nintendo Switch. What may surprise you, however, is that Microsoft didn’t actually say what these 4 games are. All we knew is that it didn’t include Indiana Jones and Starfield.
Well, now we know. Famitsu is reporting that the 4 Xbox games coming to other platforms are Hi-Fi Rush, Pentimen, Sea of Thieves and Grounded. It is unknown when, exactly, these games will be officially confirmed. That said, there a rumors of a Nintendo Partner Direct coming soon, so the announcements may arrive then. You can see Famitsu’s tweet down below.
You have a small typo in the title! You forgot the ending “t” in “Pentiment”.
Thanks, fixed that for the author!
Good selection to be honest. Grounded is a very Switch-esque game. Nice to see Xbox will be staying in the console biz; competition is good for the consumers.
I would love to have Grounded on the Switch! Hopefully it could survive the porting intact.
Honestly, I’d love to see Rare Replay in the future coming to the Switch, but I know that title would take a while to port because well it has to deal with the Xbox and Xbox 360 Emulation which I know the Switch can handle but you know what development can be like.
Famitsu is reporting what “TheVerge.com” said. It even says so if you follow the link.
Both Grounded and Sea of Thieves have come a LOOONG way since launch. Hopefully we don’t get the vanilla version. Regardless, they’re both amazingly fun games. And grounded is day 1 for me.
