Palworld unlikely to come to Nintendo Switch due to technical reasons

The smash hit Palworld

Palworld took the Xbox Series X|S consoles and PC by storm when it was released earlier this year and fans have been requesting that it come to other platforms ever since. However, it seems unlikely that the addictive game will come to the current Nintendo Switch system, as it would clearly prove to be difficult from a technical perspective. Pocketpair CEO Takuro Mizobe told Game File that Pocketpair was still discussing internally about bringing the game to new platforms and have nothing new to announce at present.

    1. Why would they say no? Nintendo gets a cut of everything sold on the eshop. They want popular games on the platform.

  1. I mean… who cares about palworld now at this point. I think switch owners would rather play pokèmon red and blue on nso than a glorified ark with furry bait

  2. The article says “to the current Nintendo Switch system” Maybe it will come to the Switch 2 at some point.

  3. It’s too bad the Game Boy/Color and Game Boy Advance Pokémon games are not on Nintendo Switch Online. That would be fantastic, especially considering Pokémon Stadium and Pokémon Stadium 2 are on it (for Gens 1 and 2 obviously).
