Nintendo has stated on social media that Level-5, which is no stranger to delays, has had to push back the release of Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time, which was planned to launch on the Nintendo Switch on 10th October. A new release date has yet to be announced and neither has a reason for the delay. Nintendo states that a new release date will be announced in the future and to stay tuned.

I’m afraid that these Level-5 revivals feel like they’re going to bomb, perhaps sans the Professor Layton one. Fantasy Life is one of my all-time favourite 3DS games, but the development of this one feels messy and the marketing mediocre.
