Stardew Valley creator is “committed to finalizing” Version 1.6 on consoles before returning to Haunted Chocolatier

Eric Barone, also known as ConcernedApe, has been hard at work on supporting Stardew Valley with updates. The game is still receiving new content, even though the game originally released more than 8 years ago. In fact, he has been hard at work on bringing version 1.6 to the console and mobile ports of the game.

Well, the Stardew Valley creator has recently provided fans with an update on how things are going on social media. He says that the console and mobile ports of the update are “still in progress. I acknowledge that they are taking a long time. There are reasons for this, but the bottom line is that they are not out yet, we are still working on them, and they have been our primary focus since 1.6 came out for PC”. He even says that “I have not touched Haunted Chocolatier in a long time because I am committed to finalizing Stardew 1.6 first”. You can see his social media post about the matter down below.
