It has been discovered on Reddit last month that Kenji Saito, Takahisa Taura, Masaki Yamanaka and Abebe Tinari have all removed any mention of PlatinumGames on their social media accounts. Not only that, but Abebe Tinari has recently confirmed that he has moved, and it seems to be that he’s moved out of Japan entirely. Because of all this, there are suspicions from fans that PlatinumGames have lost multiple veterans. No official confirmation of any departures have been stated yet, so for now, it’s mainly just rumor and speculation. If there are any updates about this, we’ll let you know.
I think I have a feeling that western influence infected Platinum Games so they left before P+ turns into a shell of it’s former self. I could be wrong and it could be something completely different, let’s hope I’m wrong. That being said I wish them the best.

After Bayonetta 3’s turmoil and identity crisis with it’s characters lore and story I’m not surprised. It’s gameplay was it’s only saving grace….even if it’s not as replayable as 1-2 with it’s stage gimmicks and viola

PlatinumGames was one of the best outcomers on both Wii U and Switch: The Wonderful 101, Bayonetta 2, Astral Chain, Bayonetta 3 (ending aside…) and Bayonetta Origins were all games I loved a lot, and the thinking of potentially not seeing anything great from them anymore… makes me really sad…
