Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon told a fan on X/Twitter in 2022 that he wanted to “make a PINK ninja and name him FLOYD,” fast forward to 2025 and it looks like his plan is coming into fruition as eager dataminers have discovered that a pink ninja named Floyd is indeed coming to the game very soon. Floyd has been hinted at with Mortal Kombat 1’s newest DLC character, Conan the Barbarian, so it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise. Still, we don’t know exactly when the pink ninja will be playable in the game.
