US: 2,800 Nintendo Switch 2’s stolen from a delivery truck

A delivery truck driver had a nasty surprise earlier today in Colorado when he discovered that someone had broken into his truck and stolen the cargo which was 2,800 Nintendo Switch 2 consoles. The consoles were picked up at Nintendo of America and were being transported to a GameStop store in Texas. The delivery driver didn’t know what was in the packages other than toys or games. The total loss of the stolen goods is $1.4 million.

  1. This would be going to their warehouse, not “a store”. No Gamestop store is getting 2800 systems. They would have no room for those between all the Funko pops!

    1. Nice. I appreciate a good heist as long as no one gets hurt and it isn’t a small or local company. Nintendo will be ok.

    1. DROP THE PS5 PRO PRICE.

It’s actually the commies Sleepy Joe and Kackling Kamala fault for letting other countries tariff the USA and an actual leader is fixing the country by forcing those countries to lower theirs. Also, the console itself isn’t all that expensive considering the tech inside it, sure you could say it’s almost on the same to level as the PS4 but that argument doesn’t hold because the PS4 can’t do DLSS and/or ray tracing.🏀🗑️

    2. This site is truly full of idiots… between the one who approves of this theft and the other who claims it’s Nintendo’s fault, it goes far…
It’s time for some people to see a psychiatrist.

    3. Even if they DID drop the price, if you think it’s gonna be 300 bucks, you’re gonna be VERY disappointed, so I hope you’re expecting $400 without Mario Kart World & $450 with. Considering it’s a nice improvement over the previous Switch (much like PS to PS2, etc), it’s worth at least 100 dollars more than the original Switch.

  2. Omg. Some switches fell off the back of a truck. Don’t be a square. We’re fighting fascism out here. If you’re worried about nintendo’s bottom line then idk.
