Nintendo has announced the most popular games for the month of July on the Nintendo eShop. This covers both the Nintendo Switch and its successor the Nintendo Switch 2. As expected it was the magical 3D platformer Donkey Kong Bananza which claimed the top spot on the Nintendo Switch 2. Donkey Kong’s latest adventure is followed by Tamagotchi Plaza, which is set in Tamahiko Town on Tamagotchi Planet. Incredibly, Tamagotchi Plaza sold better than both Mario Kart World and Street Fighter 6, claiming second place in July in The Land of the Rising Sun.

I second this. I have 43 hours into it and beat the main story. Now, I am taking my time with the post game stuff with leveling up Life’s, exploring and leveling Ginormosia and doing quests.
