Kirby Air Riders Nintendo Direct happening tomorrow

Nintendo has beat the leakers and has announced that they will be holding a special Nintendo Direct presentation focussed on Kirby Air Riders. The event will take place tomorrow at 6am PT / 2pm UK time. The broadcast will be roughly 45 minutes long, so we should get a good in-depth look at Masahiro Sakurai‘s latest project for the Nintendo Switch 2.

    1. Why? Are you just saying that because you are personally not as interested? I bet if it was a game you were really excited for you’d be happy with 45 minutes. Strange thing to complain about

      1. What’s your problem?🤨 Am I not allowed to mention 45 minutes is to long for a single game? And why do say “I bet if it was a game you were really excited for you’d be happy with 45 minutes.”?
Didn’t I clearly say “45 minutes is to much for a single game, imo.”?

    1. Metroid Prime 4 is going to be cancelled, they’re never going to make another Metroid game ever again. All Metroid titles will be removed of NSO and deleted from the internet. All of your worst nightmares will come true.

    2. Do you know what nepotism means? The developer of Metroid Prime 4 (Retro) is a Nintendo company also. MP4 is an enormous game they’ve been hyping up for literally 8 years at this point, they’re not going to shelf it or backseat it for any other game. It’ll be hyped up and get its own Direct in due time. Don’t forget that MK World and Bananza got their own Directs too.

  1. Whoa this was very unexpected. We haven’t even seen gameplay and now we’re getting a 45 minute Direct. Nintendo is really wildin out this year! Can’t wait!

  2. I suspect Air Riders will be the next big release to cover November or December. Although, Switch 2 did not have a big banger release for August. September is not looking like much either.

    1. I was sure we’d get a prime 4 direct well before we got one for kirby air riders, also 45 minutes is pretty long? not complaining but we typically get full direct showcases that run shorter. I wonder what the hell they have in store for us.

  3. Nintendo just going to ignore and avoid Metroid Prime 4? This is crazy. Glad Kirby getting love but this is weird. It makes rumors seem true the game is far from ready probably another year or 2 away and reason for this is because they don’t want to lose shareholder trust so they have to find the right way to break it to them with delay after delay. This means December/November Direct for Prime 4 if it comes out this year. Still hoping for Watari and for a proper big Direct.
