Capcom sold over five million copies of Resident Evil Requiem

Capcom has announced via its Resident Evil X account that the latest game in the acclaimed series Resident Evil Requiem has already shifted over five million copies since its release on Friday. The Japanese company has thanked fans for their continued support and has also released some special celebratory art to accompany the announcement, which you can view down below.

  1. Meanwhile, Concord 3.0 aka Marathon is struggling to get even 5 people to play. That being said, this is awesome news and I can’t wait to play this in the near future.

  3. I enjoyed it, didn’t realize it had motion controls till close to the end. Will probably play through it again with those turned on from the start. I find motion controls keeps things very playable even when frame rates dip below 60.

  4. I didn’t know resident evil was THIS POPULAR. It deserves to sell well for not being political and just being a straight up good game. I was shocked to see this at overwhemingly positive on steam, usually triple AAA games don’t reach that.
