Windows Central journalist Jez Corden has posted on X to say that the next game in the Metro series is titled Metro 2039. Leaker NateTheHate says that the gritty first person game is real and will be announced next week. This information originally came from the person who leaked that a PlayStation State of Play event is scheduled for next week on Thursday, 16th April. Presumably Metro 2039 could be announced during the event or may just have a standalone announcement.

He or she has been banned. We always report on leaks and have done since the site’s inception. A few incendiary trolls have also been banned recently, so he or she is not alone.

Without leaks and rumours it would be quite boring, though I do realise that leaks can be harmful.

Been years since I heard from Jez. He’s only a Xbox insider. Injustice 3 when? Jez leaked MK1 reveal and DLC. Hoping for more at the State Of Play not this though. Jez honestly is often wrong unlike Nate and he’s what everyone says he refuses to take his L’s also larps as a fan of said thing many times he just can’t admit he’s wrong or said opposing things to current statements.
