A rumour is doing the rounds right now that both Injustice 3 and the addition of Tifa coming to Street Fighter 6 will both be revealed during Summer Game Fest which kicks off Friday, 5th June. The validity of the leaker is in question, but both Injustice 3 and Tifa from Final Fantasy VII coming to Street Fighter 6 have been doing the rounds for a while, so it would stack up that Summer Game Fest would be the perfect place for the reveal. The leaker says Injustice 3 is planned for January 2027 and that a Doom Patrol character is being considered for DLC. Tifa in Street Fighter 6 is said to be released at the end of the year.

Not sure to believe this. Tifa it seems maybe true Rooflemonger says he heard rumors a while back on that front and previous SF6 stuff has been at this event. This post has also been taken down. Doom Patrol? Could he mean Beast Boy/Changeling? People wluld rather he’s in the base game outside that Robotman. Hopefully NO MK guests last game had 2 and we needed none also a 10 year wait no don’t do that make us wait that long to add that garbage in they got back to back games and are talking so much trash online. The MK1 writer Dominic can not write especially the multiverse. Sadly just like Red Hood watch Ed make Beast Boy DLC over base roster. The MK movies flopped like the MK1 game after this if NRS is still open they should make a Ben 10 game with the original show staff. Rex characters could be involved too guests or multiverse. Ben 10 unlike MK is a global IP and nostalgic to Gen Z, has wider appeal.
I would actually pick up street fighter 6 if tifa was added. I want to get the game, but I want to get the years 1 and 2 edition which hasn’t gone on sale yet.
If the Tifa thing is true who is the final character of Tekken 8 season 3? Could they do Tifa in both or is it someone else? Harada made it seem like there would be another Final Fantasy guest which would piss off that crowd. Is it Cloud? Another sword user would piss people off. Tifa will look weird in SF6 same way Mai does. She’ll look like Mai is what I think. For Injustice 3 get some good people to over see this like Peter J. Tomasi and Geoff Johns not the NRS guys we don’t need Injustice 2 again no to bad story, MK guests, and gear system. Hope we get the multiverse done right and get the Pre-New 52 characters/premier skins we want also Punchline love her over Harley I think Jennifer Hale could be a good voice.
They should finally dump MK. This should be the last Injustice game reboot that universe no more evil superheroes. But Wildstorm universe is different they could do all kinds of stuff there and Ben 10 would be a banger as a game. Dump the ultra realistic graphics DC would look great with Jeff Matsuda/Glen Murakami’s art styles, Ben 10 with the OG art style, and Wildstorm could look like Jim Lee’s art or J.Scott Campbell’s all cel shaded. Just hire better writers who get the brands.
Please ONLY DC characters NO Mortal Kombat characters after 10 year wait, no Kevin Conroy, Mortal Kombat back to back, and 2 Mortal Kombar guests in Injustice 2 DO IT RIGHT give us the game we want. Only WB owned guests Ben 10 characters and Generator Rex characters.
Max Dood is actively trying to kill this game the same way he tried to tank Dragon Ball Sparking Zero despite not liking anime or Dragon Ball but wants to dictate what kind of games are made with the franchise, same wirh Marvel, Star Wars, and attacked Jump Force and other games. Defends his games like FF7 trash but its ok when he slanders games you like. Bet if Bandai Namco made a follow up to Jump Force they’d be in a better place than Tekken 8. Big question MK1 was on Switch a UE4 game it was buggy and never fixed. Will this be on Switch 2 Ed has said the next game will be UE5 can the Switch 2 handle Injustice 3? Will it be on the platform?
