MP1st is reporting what we all assumed and that’s that Injustice 3 is in active development at the highly regarded, NetherRealm Studios. The information was discovered via a resume of an undisclosed artist currently working at Warner Bros. Games who stated on their LinkedIn profile that they have been working on Injustice 3 and Hogwarts Legacy 2 and two unannounced projects.
For those people who keep asking for this, this must be great news! I didn’t really like the injustice games but I can see that they are high quality.

MK sucks. It’s either or Injustice or MK slop! Keep MK away from DC! Injustice 2 was trash 3 thanks to that, a 10 year wait or more, and loss of Kevin Conroy will need to make up for a lot

DC fans don’t love this. Most hate evil Superman and I get it. Kingdom Come Superman lost Lois and didn’t go crazy but Injustice Superman goes crazy also in the Injustice comic it’s revealed Superman killed Lois high on fear toxin thinking she was The Joker so it’s his fault for breaking the no kill rule. Wonder Woman seems to be more insane than him, the continuity doesn’t make sense like Green Arrow and Black Canary coming back, Swamp Thing escaping hell, and Doctor Fate losing to Brainiac in Injustice 2 was absurd

Not really they’re meh. DC fans have always wanted a fighting game and sadly we get this. The evil Superman thing is played out and dumb given in Kingdom Come the same thing happened but he didn’t go evil and Injustice Superman is just dumb he broke his code which resulted in what turned him evil. The gear system is grindy too it just sucks and the MK guests. DC lore is not respected either and poor continuity.
Finally! Shouldn’t it have been in development for a while now? Ed said before MK1 they had multiple pots on the stove and that the next game would not take another 4 years. Hopefully they bring in Geoff Johns to write and adapt the DC Metal storyline then adapt whatever as DLC like a Legion storyline, JSA, maybe Blackest Night, or something else. Also NO MK guests they ruin the game if MK stans want NO DC guests in MK then NO MK guests in DC games. Hopefully no third party trash either only use Ben 10 and Generator Rex guests to cut costs it strikes Gen Z nostalgia and WB own them, Secret Saturdays too. Sadly it seems NRS may have the rights to use He-Man so we’ll get that cringe and sadly not the 2002 version. Billy better be called Captain Marvel in this NOT Shazam, DC is calling him Captain Marvel again. Punchline would be awesome in this. Max Dood and MK stans going to be pissed I know TrueUndedDawg is going to claim he never said Injustice 3 wasn’t happening and his whole MK13 spin.
Agreed! NO Mortal Kombat guests. They blew their budget on MK1 with celebrity likenesses and guests which also ties into celebrity likenesses and voice. People don’t realize WB did not own the guests outside Peacemaker so it costs way too much they expected 10 million copies sold in a year or 5 in a month. This game can avoid that also Ben has like over 50 aliens we’ve seen I’d rather have that over MK trash or whatever boomer guest Ed wants to add. Diamondhead/Tetrax, Ghostfreak, Heatblast, Wildmutt, Canonbolt, Ditto, Upchuck, Four Arms, Ripjaws, XLR-8, Upgrade, even outside that Gwen, Kevin, Tetrax, Sixx Six, Seven Seven, Rook, Ben’s wives, and a ton of others that can be added and I do want variation on Ben’s like OG Ben for the OG aliens then they can do Alien Force/Ultimate Alien/Omniverse for the others, and if possible 10,000 from OG. Rex would be great too Six, Breach, Black, Van Kleis, Bobo, Dos, Five, Trey, Circe, and a ton of others. It’s cheaper and better. Also Ben and Rex are popular outside the US too unlike MK it would help this game more. Instead of another bad boomer MK just make Ben 10 a fighting game could be more artistic over realism blend the art styles like To Be Hero X with Rex characters too and Secret Saturdays. Boon teased Konquest mode returning could that be here? Makes me want that in a Ben 10 game.
People should bring that up. Honestly I would love 2 story modes base story done the regular way then another in Konquest. But yeah Ben 10 is way bigger than MK it can actually sell in Asia unlike MK and people know what it is. WB is stupid for ignoring Gen Z. Quarry is another Rex character who fits, Alien X would be huge for many but yeah OG was my favorite, Block from Omniverse would be interesting. I’m also curious if they finally go back to MK 3D gameplay?
I hope they do that and bring back the old voices the later Ben 10 series weirdly recasted it was awful like Vilgax’s voice then some they brought back the old actors.
Max is already lying trying to say it’s not Injustice 3. This guy has a weird hatred for DC I do not get it. James Gunn met with Netherrealm and Rocksteady to discuss DC games, reliable leakers said Injustice 3 next, voice actors said the same thing, but somehow that is not enough. These people just have to keep lying he lied saying WB said no more DC games outside Batman they never said that they said DC but spefically Batman then they said they were going to focus on their big franchises they spun that to mean no Injustice only Mortal Kombat but DC is 1 of their big franchises and Injustice is part of that brand. I blame Ed Boon for cultivating and enabling this toxic fandom.

Punchline, Saint Walker, Larfleeze, Red Lantern Guy Gardner, Tommy Monaghan, Lobo, Martian Manhunter, Captain Marvel NOT called Shazam, Mary Marvel, Captain Marvel Jr., Wildcat, Doctor Fate done right, Red Arrow, Tempest/OG Aqualad, Anarky, Booster Gold, Ronnie Raymond Firestorm, Bleez, Huntress, Fire, Ice, Vic Sage The Question, Beast Boy, Raven, Ravanger, Kid Devil/Red Devil, Blue Devil, Cheshire, Deathstroke, Loose Cannon, Klarion, Jonah Hex, Lady Shiva, Richard Dragon, Animal Man, Bwanna Beast, Zatanna, Robot Man, The Harold, Bumblebee, Superboy, just pack the base roster with 50-80 characters after making us wait 10 years!

Modern DC ruined Alan Scott hopefully they avoid the new stuff new 52 onward. Also you forgot Jade his daughter she is a Green Lantern too I wouldn’t mind her but all she just seemed like Kyle’s ex and Natu I liked better when I started reading.
Yup we should have gotten Guy, Alan, and Kyle in Injustice 2 it’s stupid they only do John Stewart. Same with Flash’s Jay, Barry, Wally, and Bart also same with Kid Flash’s Pre-New 52 Wally and Bart with Impulse outfit as an option too. Huntress we need Pre-New 52 design not her awful New 52 one I don’t know if they changed her back yet but yeah. Curious if they add Mr. Terrific how they would do Terry since he and Michael are different, Terry’s niece had a fighting club it would be cool having that as a stage, OG The Atom Al Pratt too since he had atomic punches, Sandman the Wesley Dodds version with Sandy as a premier, Hawkmam never been in Injustice just realized that this game better be good. Ed forced MK1 on us and ruined Injustice 2. Hire actual writers not the Dominic guy, get Christopher Yost, Glen Murakami, David Slack, Geoff Johns, Peter J. Tomasi, and Jeff Matsuda to write it and story expansion.
Cassandra is the better Batgirl she and Stephanie were or are Bruce’s daughters Cassandra was legally a Wayne and Stephanie said Bruce was more a father to her than her own evil dad. Barbara is only good as Oracle the tragedy helped her mature as a character. New 52 and modern DC ruined so much. I don’t mind Metamorpho being in this game either I do like that Gunn showed love to some other DC characters. For other Ben 10 guests I think Wrath would be hilarious in Injustice.
Rath is a great pick the other Alien Force Ultimate Alien characters are meh. Spider Monkey I guess works, Alien X of course, I guess the rest could be premier skins but I don’t mind duplicate characters like Heatblast and Swampfire. But I prefer Ditto over Echo Echo and Ghostfreak over Big Chill.
You forgot Timberwolf need to add my boy that Wolverine ripped off. Lightning Lad, Chameleon Boy, Saturn Girl, Karate Kid, Plastic Man, and other Legion members. I had hoped they’d be added. Post Injustice 2 because Brainiac 5.

I love DC but WB Games have no understanding of DC or respect for it. Honestly even DC themselves is run poorly now adays post Paul Levitz. But yeah pass on another bad DC game made under WB Games whom have the worst studios possible! Rocksteady with Arkham Knight and Suicide Squad, Montreal with Gotham Knights, TT Games with movie Lego Batman, and Netherrealm with Injustice 2 they hate the brand so much they packed that game with 2 Mortal Kombat characters and made fans wait 10 years for a sequel choosing to make Mortal Kombat instead. Nakayama at Capcom loves DC he wants to make a DC vs Capcom game I say let him over these losers same with someone else for open world DC games over Rocksteady.
Same DC scammed fans with Rebirth in 2016 they told us they would return to the Pre-New 52 and never did. Jim Lee said they would keep Wildstorm seperate also a lie. Doomsday clock took 4 years and did nothing while 3 Jokers was awful it spat on The Killing Joke shows Geoff Johns was behind bad decisions like wanting to retcon it as well as Jason and Barbara being a thing 🤮 DC needs to just go back to the Pre-New 52 that was peak DC the 2000’s. Only new things that should stay are Jon Kent pre-Bendis and Punchline.

Max Dood is claiming that a resume also claimed Mortal Kombat 1 was Injustice 3 and that was fake so therefore this is fake too. He also pretends the Nvidia leak is fake despite many of those games happening or were in development before cancellation.
Honestly I don’t trust WB Games. Just shut this company down and outsource DC games because these studios all suck. Watch this end up being MK 1 with DC characters story and gameplay…..sigh
Dominic who wrote MK1 will ruin this. Injustice 2 was just them copying the CW shows they don’t know anything about DC just copy that. Whole reason Supergirl was in Injustice 2 ruined the story. I felt using The Elite as Superman’s new team would have been better and Red Hood finally on Batman’s side would be better. This needs to be the end the Evil Superman thing is played out.

Best thing for the story would be a Crisis like event but use DC Metal have the Dark Nights invade the Injustice universe to sacrifice the multiverse to Barbatos and Injustice Superman and Batman have to unite to fight them have it lead to Superman sacrificing himself then a reboot like Crisis did. Then we end up in a reboot universe where Superman and Batman are not evil and the Justice League is like Morrison’s JLA. NO guests NO Mortal Kombat and NO other guests outside WB because this game will flop like Mortal Kombat 1. Ben 10 and Generator Rex do fit.
