Square Enix CEO Takashi Kiryu has touched on the company’s multiplatform strategy which the company says will further benefit Nintendo Switch 2 gamers. Square Enix has been a big supporter of the Nintendo Switch 2 since its launched and the CEO says the Japanese company wants to double down on this, presumably because they’ve seen success with their releases on the platform.
“We will polish promising IPs and so that we can deliver certain upside from those new IPs. On top of that we’d like to further promote the multi-platform strategy especially the Nintendo Switch 2.
Dragon Quest and Kingdom Hearts have no platform exclusive deals so that’s not a problem
