Bethesda has been a strong supporter of the Nintendo Switch 2 with Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered on the horizon for Nintendo’s latest platform. Microsoft insider Jez Corden has appeared on a new podcast episode and stated that he has heard that Bethesda is targeting 2027 for the next Fallout Remaster which is widely thought to be of Fallout 3.
Next Fallout Remaster targeted for 2027, Elder Scrolls 6 possibly 2028 or 2029
“I heard was that Fallout remasters are probably a little bit further off than people think and that Elder Scrolls 6 is still quite far away.”

Jez and Jeff Grubb are known for lying and being wrong taking no accountability. The Xbox leakers are all like that. At least Nate takes his L’s and acts normal.
Even if that is true, it would only show in what current state the gaming industry is: lazy, boring and dead. All they can do, is to bury old games out of their graves and revive them into horrific zombie-like trash.
Somewhat agree that they don’t put much effort in, but you have to understand them too: a video game is (very) expensive to produce and there is no guarantee of success, and in recent years: the number of layoffs and studio closures has never been so hig
Really sad that there is no true original content anymore for games hardly. Then, when you do get something different, they insert a rogue like mode or timed trials. Example, Pokemon Legends Z-A. Game was different in every way possible from a traditional Pokemon game. They release DLC for it. All you do is grind non stop and then you have only so much time, based on the donut you are using, to get things done in Hyperspace. Locking the berries you need behind the same design. I started playing Forza Horizon 6 this week. It is Forza Horizon 5, but takes place in Japan. That is the only difference between the two games. Call of Duty is doing Modern Warfare again this year. Rainbow Six Siege is more reworking of operators and maybe one new map per year at best. When they do release a new operator, no one uses it. This is like watching movies over and over again and knowing the outcomes of each will be. No twists, no turns.
