Take-Two boss Strauss Zelnick has revealed that the company currently has six remakes and remasters in development. These could be classic games from Rockstar Games or Gearbox or any other development studios under Take-Two. We have heard rumours that Rockstar Games is planning remakes of the first two Max Payne games and will do something with the third game too. The Mafia game series is currently being remade and there’s also the long-standing rumour that Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2.

Its not a rumor, Remedy have been developing the remake as a single package, with Rockstar having publishing rights. Its set to release either this year or beginning of next year.
Been waiting on that but it seems this year unless there’s another delay will be all for GTA 6. Weird given Max Payne 1 and 2 remake was announced first same with the BioShock creators gane Judas which Take2 is also supposed to publish. BioShock 4 also was in development longer so very weird they are not out yet. Supposedly Take2 has like 29 games releasing in FY 2029 alone I don’t believe that. Also wasn’t Mafia 1 and 2 remade?
Yeah I’d rather get remakes of Midnight Club 3 DUB Edition Remix, GTA 3, GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City, GTA 4, Manhunt 1, and Manhunt 2 also finally a Manhunt 3. These should not be hard. I guess Oni could get a remake too or port.

Very nice content and a clean presentation that makes reading much easier. The slope 2 combines fast movement, obstacle avoidance, and skill game mechanics in a fun way.
Remedy already said their making max Payne 1&2 remake with rockstar so it’s not a rumour
And take2 remakes doesn’t mean any other rockstar remakes other than the max Payne remake. The rest are probably borderlands remakes. The clue is in the title take2 remakes not “only rockstar remakes”
