There’s no change at the top as Pokemon Winds & Waves holds the No.1 spot with 551 votes. One title you will notice is missing from the list is the recently announced Dragon Quest XII: Beyond Dreams, from Square Enix. Sadly the rebooted game didn’t meet the cutoff date for submissions. Winds and waves will have several downsides of scarlet, violet and za such as level 40 opponents knocking out your level 100’s, the inconvenience of single use tm’s, softlocks and slow long dialogue segments even when text speed is set on fast.
