Shareholder asks Nintendo president about Splatoon 3 communication errors

Splatoon 3 is a fantastic game with a solid single player mode and a fantastic multiplayer mode but the game hasn’t been without problems thanks to the pesky online communication errors which plagued the game at launch. Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa was asked about the state of the game and was told that the company failed to communicate about the errors. Here’s what was said via machine translation:

“With Splatoon Raiders set to be released, how does Nintendo view the current state of Splatoon 3? There have been problems such as connection errors, and I feel that these issues have not been explained adequately.”

“We carry out debugging to ensure there are no defects, closely monitor customer inquiries, and share that information with our development teams. We are committed to living up to the trust our customers place in us.

Nintendo’s people are the source of its competitiveness, and the ‘Nintendo DNA’ is extremely important. That DNA consists of originality, flexibility, and sincerity. It is essential that we approach everything with sincerity.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback.”
