Andy Robinson of VGC has stated on X that the recently discovered Metroid Ravenous isn’t the only new Metroid game currently in the pipeline. Robinson teased that more Metroid games are in development at Nintendo, but he wouldn’t provide any further details at present.
More than one of these are coming, I’m told. We eating, Metroid fans!
This didn’t need to be an article. I would say there’s even more than a 50% chance that Ravenous ends up being something that doesn’t actually exist.
Metroid pinball 2 confirmed!
One of the new games has to be one of the remakes from the SNES Metroid.
Probably a remake of the OG Metroid first. Unlike OoT, which is very beginner-friendly, Super Metroid tells a story already far in the making.
They’ve already remade Metroid (Zero Mission). And then they remade Metroid 2 on 3DS. Makes sense it would be Metroid 3 remake time.
