Leon Kennedy voice actor says Capcom removed what would have been his favourite line

Resident Evil Requiem turned out to be an excellent addition to the Resident Evil series bringing all the trademark scares and a dark and dingy atmosphere. Leon Kennedy voice actor Nick Apostolides reflected on his time in the game and revealed that Capcom decided to remove what would have been his favourite line in the survival horror game. Here’s what he said:

“The one that they didn’t use would have been my favorite,” Apostolides explains, admitting that the cut line would’ve been his most beloved… had Capcom not removed it from the game.

“When you fight the spider, I wanted to say – and we recorded it, ‘You know, you’ve been a real itsy-bitsy pain in my ass,'” the actor recalls, using his legendary Leon Kennedy voice while recalling the line. “It would have been a banger.” Indeed, it would’ve been.

  1. The best line in resident evil is easily “You were almost a jill sandwhich.” This would have been up there, but not the best.

  2. That line would’ve been befitting a younger Leon s. Kennedy when he was still the wise cracking badass we knew from re4 even tho his sense of humor is still there its diminished alot due to everything hes been through so as much as id like to agree that I wish they’d added it I have to say im glad they didnt

    1. Honestly, one of the greatest lines in RE history is from Luis from RE4. When Leon frees and says “ok, I have only 1 very important question, you got a smoke?”
