Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is thankfully getting an open beta on the Nintendo Switch 2 giving you a chance to test out the game before it is released later this year. The Modern Warfare 4 open beta is open to anyone and no pre-order is required to play. You can get involved in the action on Friday, 28th August.
We’re pleased to announce that Modern Warfare 4 pre-orders for Nintendo Switch 2 will begin on August 26. Additionally, players on Nintendo Switch 2 will be able to jump into the Modern Warfare 4 Open Beta Weekend (MW4 Beta Weekend 2) starting on August 28. No pre-order is required to participate.
Honestly, kinda looking forward to this one due to the setting change, plus I do want to see how well the Switch 2 runs CoD
So this is going to be the Game to show the 10 year – long commitment between Activision and Nintendo consoles… I’m wondering if is going to be the last.
It will probably last a while. I mean they are still putting it on ps4, Activision could easily port it over to the switch 2 and squeeze some extra sales.
It’s actually skipping the PS4 and Xbox One, so them putting on the Switch 2 is a big move as the Switch 2 is on par with the Xbox Series S when docked and around PS4 level when Undocked.
I want to see how the game looks and how it runs on the system honestly.
