    1. omg u shud play it they’r really good, the gameplay is point and click where you use the stylus but its really fun and the storylines are pretty kwl. the games are a decent size too for a puzzle game it takes a long time to complete, a couple of weeks if u play it everyday!

    2. The gameplay is quite simple but engaging.

There have been several modes that have evolved since the series started. Initially it was mainly just solving puzzles, using the stylus and clicking around town to talk to people and find items, and so on. It’s very akin to the point and click classic games you may find on PC.

However, in recent games, there have been a lot of new modes, for instance, the last game had a whole side RPG within the game. It was pretty neat. What’s really captivating about the Layton series, however, are the stories and beautiful animations. It’s quite a pleasant ride. A nice change of pace from the games you usually see on the market.

  1. Looks to me like a Disney/Studio Ghibli film. However this is gonna be a mega hit for Nintendo and developer Level 5… especially the downloadable new puzzles at no additional charge!

  2. I love the Professor Layton series. Own every game that has been released state-side. I will definitely be picking this up!

It’s just a shame that Level 5 takes so long to localize the games in North America. This one is probably the fastest I have seen any of them localized. Good show!
