XSEED has revealed via Facebook that Rune Factory 4 has been a major success for the company in North America. The company says it’s aware of stock issues, but they didn’t anticipate the demand for the game. XSEED says it’s currently in the process of getting physical copies of the game on store shelves. The company says it is thankful to the fans for making the game a success.
We’ve received quite a few inquiries asking about Rune Factory 4 since it’s been difficult to find in stores in North America. Don’t worry! It’s just been selling well beyond our expectations, so we’re working as quickly as possible to restock physical copies. We encourage you to periodically check back with retailers since they should be getting more in stock soon. Thanks for making Rune Factory 4 a major success, guys!

I will say it to you. I don’t believe they went banrupt i think it’s just an escape. They even make now a new game called forbidden magna they are just lazy and stupid and don’t give a fuck about the costumers in eu… it’s not fair I waited two years i was so happy when they said rf4 will release in spring and now they say its cancelled… (btw I can be wrong this is just my opinion ^^)

Just import the NA copy as well as a NA 2DS.
I’m not going to pay around €180 to play one game. I just hope Nintendo de-region locks the 3DS someday or at least makes games from every region available in the e-shop.

Well deserved. I had never played RF before, but this was a spectacular game. One of the best on 3DS.
