Nintendo has today announced that its first Nintendo Direct broadcast of 2014 will air tomorrow, with a focus on revealing more details on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS titles releasing by the end of spring 2014. The broadcast will be hosted by Nintendo President Satoru Iwata and Nintendo of Europe President Satoru Shibata.

Im hoping for news about studio acquisitions. They really need to buy Capcom after the reveal of Monster Hunter 4G that would be multiplatform. Too big of a system seller to let it go on rival plats, bc then there is another reason to hold off on investing in a Nintendo system, and they cant afford that.

Well. It’s been nearly 2 solid months since the last Nintendo Direct, what will we see tomorrow?
I have a feeling we will get new info on the new Super Smash Bros. Game. It could be released sooner rather than later, if you look back to the history of the Wii console, nintendo released Mario Kart Wii and SSB Brawl just six weeks apart from each other in the spring of 2008. Something tells me we will see a repeat of this. Hope so. Spring is the second biggest time of the year for Nintendo behind the holiday season as they aim to get big releases out in time for kids to be out of school for the summer. Looking for something big here.

DK, Mario Kart, Kirby 3ds, Yoshi’s New Island, maybe Hyrule Warriors, and that’s it. Don’t go in thinking that this is going to be like last year’s ultra megaton direct in January. That being said, DK needs to hurry up and get released already so we can finally move on to something else.
I want a new animal crossing for 3ds and wii u already.

Again Nintendo disappoint with a Nintendo Direct tomorrow at 10PM focusing on games coming out this Spring on Wii U and 3DS…Games that we already know about, and quite frankly don’t care about seeing again in a Nintendo Direct. Unlike the kick-ass Wii U Direct of January 2013, I suspect an absolute bore fest. Wake me up when you have important news to share with us Nintendo.
Not quite. We should get release dates on MK8, Bayonetta 2 maybe, Kirby Triple Deluxe for North America and MAYBE a new trailer for X… Also I bet they “reveal” that Yoshi’s New Island 3DS XL lol.

Considering that a Japan direct was left out, I don’t expect any huge announcements. Like the December direct I just expect it to be updates, like release dates, new Smash Bros character, etc. They’ll focus on DKC and possibly reveal stuff on the new Sonic.
I hate when all they do during a Nintendo direct is talk about games we already know about. It’ll be a total waste if they talk about DKC: Tropical Freeze. Especially since it’s released so soon.
My honest expectations are to see Tropical Freeze, Mario Kart 8, Bayonetta 2, and maybe a bit of X, Super Smash Bros., and Hyrule Warriors for Wii U. As for 3ds I expect Yoshi’s New Island and a release date for Kirby Triple Deluxe. Then probably some upcoming virtual console and indie games. I’m hyped up for just that! Anything else would be a welcome surprise. I wouldn’t mind seeing some more of that Yarn Yoshi game…. dunno where that went.

SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE 2. Or, if my dreams really came true, Earthbound returns. I can’t believe they never brought Mother 1 and 3 to North America. I want those, PLUS a brand new Wii U Earthbound. I don’t care what Shigesato Itoi said. He’s GOTTA bring it back.!

2. More info and trailer on Mario Kart 8.
3. New trailer plus release date for Bayonetta 2.
4. New trailer plus release date and name announcement for X.
5. New info and trailer for Yoshi’s New Island.
6. More info on Yoshi’s Yarn with possible trailer.
7. Possible new trailer for SMT X FE
8. Just maybe……a new Star Fox or F-Zero game announcement
Palutena…she’s coming. OR!!!! Maybe they’ll reveal Metroid for Wii U and Ridley will get his character reveal in Smash Bros 4!!! :D
Enough of Smash Bros though. I want to see how SMT x FE is coming along and same with X.
Also, I want more footage on Bayonetta 2 and I want a release date for the game. Oh and maybe some more stuff on Sonic Boom as well and then a nice little surprise to tie it all together :D

I vote for Wii U achievements but probably NOT gonna happen. They’ll probably announce some more kiddie ass games that no one wants to play. And not announce anything about Bayonetta, Zelda titles, X, or Mario Kart release
