Here’s A Look At Wii U GamePad Use In Zelda Twilight Princess HD

Nintendo has published a new video for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD which gives us a better look at Wii U GamePad usage in the game. Thankfully some of it does look rather handy and should make scrolling through your inventory and selecting items just that much more quicker. The Kyoto based company also produced a video showcasing the use of the Wolf Link amiibo in the game which adds an additional dungeon.

      1. The Wii U Pro Controller is my favorite controller of all time. It’s the most comfortable, easy to use controller out of all Nintendo consoles (well, the SNES controller was great too). I like the Gamecube controller, but it’s a bit more bulky than the Pro Controller, and I always hated the location of the Z button.

  1. Doesn’t really show anything in-depth, but it looks like it’ll work the same as WWHD.

Oh and that second video; I don’t think I ever actually died as Wolf Link in the original, so I never saw his dying sequence. I love Midna’s reaction. It’s like “What the…! Ugh, son of a bitch. How the hell am I gonna stop Zant now?” Lol.

I wish more games would use the Gamepad for these kinds of things. The fact they aren’t using the Gamepad in the same fashion as many games use the touch screen on DSs & 3DSs is just stupid. Maybe one day they’ll smarten up & make going through menus for inventory screens, a pause screen, & map screens less time consuming.

  3. i dont buckle down to just one controller AS I HAVE A BRAIN wii remote and chuck and gamepad and pro pad are my fav controllers

you cannot say all gaming controls-mechanics are more suited to just one controller THATS FULL FUCKING RETARD
