The movie has been added to Pokémon TV, a free service that allows you to watch various Pokémon episodes from your PC or mobile phone via the app.
Pokémon: The First Movie, introduces the clone of Mew, Mewtwo. Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket, created Mewtwo in his efforts to take over the world, but the intelligent and powerful Pokémon has a different agenda. You can watch it in full here.
