Well in a situation that was inevitable due to the imminent arrival of the Nintendo Wii, it appears as though the first batch of publicized reviews have surfaced, and are looking rather promising.

This exciting piece of information broke via a poster over at the assiduous Gamespot forums, who revealed that none other than recent British gaming publication Ngamer came up triumphant, and delivered two impressive Wii reviews.

Interestingly enough the two titles which were showcased and reviewed were third party titles which comprised off Ubisofts slash/shoot ’em up Red Steel, and Sega’s puzzler/platformer Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz.

Red Steel came away the higher rated off the two featured reviews, receiving an impressive 90 %, with Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz trailing ever-so-slightly behind with an admirable 84 %. As it stands, things are certainly looking good for the Wii at this precise moment.
