Nintendo of America president Reggie Fil-Aime has told the New York Times that he expects the Nintendo 3DS to become first mass-market 3D device.
“Consumers have a limited amount of time every day to invest in entertainment,” he said. “Therefore we’ve got to bring out more compelling entertainment experiences than what others are doing.”
“Right now, 3-D is not mass-market. In our view, Nintendo 3DS will be the first mass-market 3-D device.”
The company revealed today that the Nintendo 3DS would go on sale in the United States on the 27th March for $250 whilst Nintendo of Europe revealed that they’re launching it on March 25th for roughly £230.

HAHAHA! NOT AT £230 MATE!
Maybe in the US & Japan, but in Europe… hell no.
What is £230 translated to in U.S. Currency?
it says $250 in the article, read the article before posting comments about it…
I think he was looking for a straight currency conversion not the US 3DS price.
@Tall Guy, google it.
