Nintendo 3DS: Nintendo 3DS Developers Need To “Stop Slacking” Say Capcom

Yoshinori Ono, the producer behind Super Street Fighter IV 3D, believes that certain developers should stop moaning about the capabilities of the Nintendo 3DS and instead should start embracing the machines full potential.

“I’ve heard some pessimistic comments on 3DS capabilities before the launch from some game creators but they obviously have not seen Super Street Fighter IV 3D or Resident Evil games on the 3DS.”

“When I first had the chance to see 3DS I went over the moon three times because of the 3D vision, hardware spec and the extensive network functions.”

“With Super Street Fighter IV 3D you will see the best yet graphics on a handheld with specially tuned shaders and effects. I also think those game creators should stop slacking and just start making good games rather than whine about the tools given!”

  1. Now that is what I like to hear! With regards to 3DS third party developers, I’ve been most impressed with Capcom and this comment further reflects why.

  2. haha, he’s right. Specs alone don’t define if a game looks good per se (SMG2 f.e.) It’s about how you use it. That, and of course gameplay!

  3. Capcom just regained a fan after losing me with the no MVC3 on the Wii thing but when someone can stand up and scream stop crying and do the work needed AWESOME!

  4. It’s just like we’re talking to fanboys who don’t know what they’re talking about!
They’re all about one thing when it comes to hardware: Raw horsepower.

    Those shaders, man…

  5. finally, some people with brains on the internet(and thats RARE).Capcom rules!!!they are the best!!!all of u here should go to capcom videos on youtube & take out the haters/trolls in there(the haters know nothing about good games)
